"Dr. William Bozeman worked with Orange County Public
Schools as the external evaluator for the Advanced Placement
Incentive Program grant. The main purpose of the grant was
to expand the participation and success of low-income and
underrepresented students in Advanced Placement classes. Dr.
Bozeman's expertise in curriculum and evaluation assisted
the district on identifying some needs in order to
strengthen the support provided to the schools. In addition,
the experience on developing federal reports assisted the
district on producing acceptable evidence of progress
